Super professional and nice, did an INCREDIBLE job on some carpet that I didn't think could be saved. They obviously take pride in their work and I think the results show that. Was able to get scheduled quickly and it did not take long at all. MUCH better than buying tons of cleaning products or trying to rent a machine for the price.
