Terrible installation. Guy came with broken drill so refused to hardwire. Then refused to install all cameras same reason drill didn't work. Tried to stop him but he refused to stop work. Now I have holes everywhere and non working sensors. He said he would come back when he has time to fix everything. Now im consulting lawyer. Should have gone with reputable security company to start. Reading all these bad reviews apparently vivint is scam.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I don't know why I went with Vivint, but I have to say that it was the biggest mistake of my life. I was an ADT customer in the past and never had to contact their service team for any issues. With Vivint, it is a weekly occurrence. Panel doesn't stay connected to the Wi-Fi, my camera over the garage doesn't stay connected to the system... Contact support, same generic instructions. It works for a few days. Wash, rinse, repeat... I wouldn't wish this

AVOID this company for your own sanity. I had a door-to-door salesman sell me this, but little did I know that he would lie to be by omission on the ACTUAL cost for everything. He quoted me one great monthly price, which I agreed to but once I got an e-mail on how much everything would cost every month after everything was installed I was pissed.
