Jimmy is exceptionally talented. He knows his stuff and you can tell by how he talks he loves what he does! He came in and observed the needs of my home, took note of my concerns and showed me his tools and how everything works and how it will look afterwards. He was even patient with my littles who would come and ask him questions time to time! Wow! Jimmy did an incredible job cleaning our carpets. We have two dogs that are consistently tracking stuff inside. The difference is night and day! He left these carpets looking brand new and smelling so clean! 1000 times would recommend!
