Called to ask about a check up on my gas logs purchased here several years back. Kimberly quoted a price of $95 for the “clean & check”. I questioned that price as it seemed low in this day and age but she assured me it was $95 unless something was broken and needed replacing. I made the appointment and they re-scheduled once and then tried to reschedule me a second time. The technician, Billy, was professional, pleasant and efficient as well as knowledgeable.
