We reached out to this vendor based on a referral from one of our current clients. I sent an initial inquiry via email, followed by a prompt response from "Henry Smith," who stated he could have a driver deliver the dumpster the same day. He provided a phone number for the driver. I called the driver (Steve) and explained our needs, including that we are out-of-town clients and would require a roll-off. While coordinating with Steve over the phone, I continued emailing Henry to confirm billing
