Can't actually reach the company

Found out our gas was turned off for the last 9 months. Vectren did not let us know. Our emergency heat was on and we didn’t know. Paid $200 for a repair guy to tell us the gas was off. We were still paying the monthly fee. Called vectren and they do not care.
