Had valley out in 2017. Replaced my pump and my old system. Worked great till now. Called them several times got voice mail. I called another company they came out and right aways discovered that my pump was the wrong one. I needed a deep well valley rigged in a shallow well pump . They couldn't believe it lasted as long as it did. I will not be calling valley again.
