Caleb is the most amazingly wonderful technician. He spent the better part of 8 hours diagnosing our water hammer problem. He was very patient with me and my questions about the process. He was the only technician in over 6 months to properly diagnose AND remove the issue by installing a water hammer arrestor on the toilet. I cannot state enough how happy I am with how wonderfully kind and knowledgeable he was

JT did a very thorough job giving us advice on the various systems they could install. He also stopped by to check everything out when they were finished. Benny and Caleb did a great job installing my heater/AC. They were very fast and it was done correctly the first time. The house has had a nice and even temperature since they left. I've also used Valley for plumbing jobs as well and they did a great job. Would highly recommend them!
