I had a very disappointing experience with Uzma Contractor, Fareed . From the start, communication was difficult and unprofessional. The owner came across as rude and dismissive, which made the whole process stressful instead of smooth. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. Concerns were not handled properly, and I didn’t feel respected as a client. I would strongly suggest others proceed with caution and make sure expectations are clearly agreed upon before hiring. Fareed and team did an awesome job

The guy who owns the business has excellent knowledge. I am not sure if it’s Fred or bob. But they did worked on my roof their price was better than a lot of other quotes and then the quality of work was great was on roof the whole time while they were working. They used better quality materials and clean the garbage right as they were removing so we had no complaints. Great business good time and I would suggest them as great roofers and roofing contractors.
