Peter and his team were friendly and courteous. They arrived on time, explained the foam insulation process, and cleaned up after themselves. This was a very smooth process.

We had insulation blown into the walls, added more insulation to the attic and the basement had a little work done as well. These workers were amazing. They kept to the time slot of starting and finishing. They also cleaned up after themselves. You would not have known they were there. USA Insulation did a great job with insulating our basement. The only complaint I have is that one should make sure to go over everything once the job is completed. They gave us a sign-off sheet but because we're not the insulators, we didn't know what to look for. The foreman didn't tell us that if the holes that they made should sink in, it was our responsibility to then fill them in again. We called and had USA come out to fix the holes that were sunken in.
