Very satisfied with work and professionalism

I have some questions for unfinished work ( I am not sure it is unfinished or not necessary for fixing it) I called them and nobody gave me return call. I need to someone take responsibility what i am asking for.. I had one one spot( right side bottom of the wall)that has water leak issue. My husband found out after work .
