SCAM! I had panels installed in 2021. For a year half of my panels have not worked at all. US Solar doesn't stand behind their work. I have never felt so ripped off as I do by the person who sold me the solar panels. I have my bills from before and after having them installed, and instead of having lower expenses, they actually increased. They deceived me; my energy consumption required about 32 or more panels, and they only installed 19. The difference went straight into someone's pocket. My system is completely down for more than 6 months I be calling daily to get service. No one get back to me. Customer Service is poor you can’t speak with some one and I got multiple issues with the system. I just send a email to the company and call the sales department to speak with someone is imposible. Very poor customer service! Once you get the solar panels, they don’t answer your calls or texts when you need technical support. I do not recommend this company. We regret getting the solar panels from them.
