Got an estimate to repair/replace insulation in a crawl space. The tech came & did a good job with the repair. My only issue is the billing. I received a bill that was almost double what it should have been. The tech got here at 8am and left at 1pm stating he still had another job and had to go install a stove. When I called Bailey at US she said the tech worked from 6am until 4pm and that he didn't have a stove job that day. I don't know where he was or if he had a stove job or not, just what h

Best installers on the mountain. Stoves and fireplaces, too.

We had US Insulation furnish and install a free-standing gas heater for our cabin. The experience has been very bad from beginning to end. On the office and administration side there was no attention to detail, and no follow through, which caused avoidable delays and errors in getting the correct components. On the installation side, the installer was lacking in experience and professionalism. Lastly, I got the final invoice for the wrong amount, US Insulation overcharged us. It has been
