called US Garage Door Heroes saturday morning after our spring snapped and honestly i was stressed. previous owners of this place never took care of anything so who knows how long it was hanging on. guy showed up by noon, had it fixed in like 45 minutes. since the kids are constantly going in and out, having that garage functional is a must. such a relief to have one less thing to worry about.

Works perfectly now and I could not be more relieved. A few days ago the opener kept reversing before it would fully close, which was a nightmare the day before we had the whole family coming over for a BBQ. The guy came out, reprogrammed the limits, and that was it. A friend had used them before and said they were solid, and she was right.
