This project was handled professionally and expertly from start to finish by everyone at Up Closets. From our initial meeting with Anna to the installation by Nick & Tyler, everyone was concerned with our input and feedback. The price was reasonable and the quality of the materials is fantastic. I highly recommend this company for your closet needs.

The quality of their work was poor. The Cabinetry looked as though it was a kit from IKEA.. The panels were loose. There was no trim and two of the doors were cut 5 inches too short. The sales associate that worked with us, was embarrassed to see the cabinet after they had been installed, and they tried to make some adjustments on price which was the fair thing to do. I would not work with this company again.

From initial contact through the day they install the customer service, knowledge and communication are 5 star. I sold my house not long after getting my dream closets, but they were a selling point. I will definitely use them in the next house. Good quality product with a reasonable price. No one can beat them.
