We have used Universe several times in the past year or so and each time they were exceptionally good. They are professional and honest and knowledgeable. We had the same technician , Bob Grillo, for both a heating and cooling problem and he was great. Definitely recommend Universe

The service has been expensive but so far the work seems to be fine.
