Our Universal Screen is only about 2 years old and one of them is already broken. Our salesperson, Larry (Nextgen Multimedia) we cannot reach. Either his voicemail is full or if you happen to be able to leave a message he never calls back. DO NOT BUY UNIVERSAL BRAND SCREEN. We paid close to $6500 and one is already broken. We want to pay for service call, but NO service around!!!!!!!
