Tech and boss came on property and pretty much told us to eat dirt and lectured us for no reason. Didn't even look at issue.

Payed for a late bill which I didn't know was late.To turn my gas back on, I have to pay an extra $70 or wait till Monday? Need an "appointment " so someone can come out and turn gas back on! Such nonsense!
