Everyone I spoke with on the phone seemed bothered to have to be talking to me. Didn’t want to answer questions, was short in responses, and rude at time. The website says “free estimates”, but the young girl on the phone said I needed to pay $50 for them to come and give a proper estimate. I said “nevermind, have a nice day” and called another company.
