I called Undergrads Movers to get an estimate for my upcoming move, which includes a king sized bed. During the call, the representative asked if I had a male friend or family member who would be present on moving day. When I said no, she told me that a king sized bed requires a third mover but that this would not be necessary if I had a man there to help. When I offered to assist myself, she chuckled and said that wasn't how it works. I found this interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional.
