Absolutely should be avoided. Barb is rude, nasty and shouldn't be trusted to do business with. If you want to waste your afternoon, spend extra money and have a lazy employee take her problems out on you, go for it. If she treats the storage business like her uhaul side, buyer beware.

I LOVED this place! When I first started renting here years ago, it was with Deb, the owner. She and her dog were great. Then she retired and after a few failed attempts at restaffing, we got Barb and her dog, Bo. Barb and Bo both always went out of their way to greet me and make sure I was okay and had everything I need. If I could pack up their operation and move them cross-country with me, I would have.
