I don’t usually write reviews—in fact, this is my first one—but the service I received was extremely disappointing. When the cleaners arrived, they immediately said they didn’t really want to clean the house. For context, the home wasn’t in terrible condition—just some clothes and trash. Didn't followup with us even after saying that we need to talk to discuss unsatisfactory cleaning service. The team doesn't care. Finger prints and stains on the bathroom shower door haven't been cleaned. We had requested to spray Rain-x on the door, which wasn't done. Even the toilet seats were poorly done and my wife had to redo it. Toilet surface was just wiped and no toilet wand was used to clean the toilets fr the inside. Multiple instances of not getting service as expected
