Scheduled a pre-summer maintenance checkup on our new(ish) Bosch HVAC system with True North; scheduling was simple and made to fit our needs. Jacob showed up and was friendly, and got right to the job at hand. Once he was almost done he checked back in with me to let me know what he had found and how he took care of the two minor problems discovered. This was an awesome experience and I'd highly recommend True North for anyone's HVAC needs. Great job, guys!
