Alex came here to advise me on two toilets that had issues. He did exactly that, in the most helpful and friendly way possible. Alex was very helpful and he explained what he found wrong and he tested the bathroom faucet and showed me the leak. He explained the problem causing the leak from the base of the toilet. And finally, he tried to restart the garbage disposal in the kitchen and showed me how it is rusted. He said it is seized up and is old.
