Ignores "no soliciting" signs

Had an employee knock on my door in a neighborhood that doesn't allow soliciting. After talking to him, I let him look at my roof. Once he was finished, he told me that they work with insurance companies to get new roofs ins at no cost to the home owner and that he would be the point of contact (poc) going forward and that their company only uses one poc per house.
