Replace our water heater through Lowe’s now we’re having issues with low water pressure and they want to charge us another $200 to come out

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Purchased a water heater from Lowe's which this company is contracted with to install in the area. Previously had a 40 gal manufactured in 2009 and they recommended replacing it with another 40 gal. We were consistently running out of hot water after the new install- several weeks and several service appointments later it was recommended by a second opinion that we needed a bigger size water heater for this size house, due to how they are newly manufactured.
