Several years ago, we had a Sunsetter awning installed and it did a great job of covering our back deck. So we decided to have another installed on the front of our house to shade the seating area we have. The installers were great. They were here just over an hour. All were very courteous and professional. The communication between the salesman and the scheduler were very good. We were kept updated on the scheduling of the install.

We love the look. But communication with this company is not great. We have sent 3 emails and pictures with questions we have about work and still no replies since install of new door and awning on June 24, 2025. The door guy was great and explained everything he was doing through the process as far as insulating he did and the total operation of the new door. And now our door shuts as smooth as butter. My husband and I had security doors installed. The doors are beautiful, and the gentleman did an exceptional job. He took his time, and made sure it was done right the first time.
