I’ve never left a review before but I think people should be able to make informed decisions and I think feedback is important for businesses to get better Communication is terrible here. My move never occurred and I was told I’d get a refund. I’m still waiting on my refund 3 weeks later.

Please do not use this moving company. Communication is terrible. They will raise the price as you go along. It took almost one month to get our belongings. When they arrived our Furniture was broken, boxes were soaking wet and crushed belongings inside of the boxes were broken and damaged andnow we are trying to make a claim and it is just about impossible to do so. We used this company for our move from Littleton, CO to Kansas City, MO, and they were fantastic. Mark, our rep, guided us through every step and made the whole process easy. The movers were incredible!! They were very professional, careful with our belongings, and right on schedule. The dispatcher Luis kept updated about my delivery, which I really appreciated. Everything arrived safely with no issues. Highly recommend this company!! My move was truly a great experience with Transport America!
