Topcoat did a great job installing our new patio and we were so pleased at first. However, three years later the tint and finishing coat have significantly worn off from the weather. Patio is not looking so good now but the concrete work is fine. We thought the finish would last much longer. We called Topcoat regarding this and got a quote of $2500 to redo the finishing. We didn't budget for this amount of maintenance every three years or so.

This company really does its job at its best.
