Top tier is a SCAM not only did it take them 6 months to get it working while charging me every month it also didn't even come close to eliminating my bill it's only taking about 50 off my electric but now I'm paying 160 a month for the 39000 loan on top of my AEP bill it is not worth it they lied every step of the way then ghost you top tier is a SCAM

Initial contact was good until it came time to install. The Installer damaged my gutters, then was a no show for 3 appointments with the city to approve activation. The system worked well for 2 months but in the winter my system barely makes power and my electric bills are almost $300 a month. The electric cost in addition to the cost of the panels doesn't make sense. Top tiers response to this is buy more panels, no thanks. Would not recommend!!!

I do nor regret getting solar. I think the sales team was very helpful. However, the Project mangers and installation experience was not a good experience. The team gave very little notice before trying to install the systems. The installation team damaged my attic opening and it took talking to three people and 2 months to get it repaired. The team made a mess in my closet where the attic space access is and did not cover anything nor did they have a vacuum to clean up after themselves. I had t
