No need to repeat the experience as it was no different than all the previous 1 Star reviews. Its not about piling on, I'm just offended by the lack of service, professionalism, and maturity to simply do the right thing...

John the owner quoted us $400 to fix our fireplace insert he came to our house and tore the stove apart when I asked him what was wrong he said adjustment that's all he said adjustment and left our house. He Had hurt himself and had to go to the hospital. When he got out of the hospital he said it's going to be $700 to fix the stove now my stove is torn apart and I had to call somebody else to fix it. Do not do business with this man he is unreliable and doesn't back up his word

They provided the service that they had quoted on time and on price.
