Top Floor did an epoxy coating on our two-car garage and the floor turned out really nice. They went with a flake pattern we picked out which gives it some texture visually - keeps it from looking like a hospital floor or something. The coverage is solid, you can't see any of the old concrete poking through anywhere. What I notice most day to day is how much easier it is to keep clean. Before, the bare concrete would just eat dust and oil stains, now I can hit it with a mop and everything comes

My wife has wanted the garage done forever so we finally pulled the trigger. The team came out to our house in Deerfield and handled everything pretty quickly. I was worried about all the stuff we had stored in there but the prep work they did was thorough. It was interesting watching the process from the grinding to the final coat. The new floor is so much easier to sweep out now. Really appreciated how they cleaned up after themselves too.
