Tom’s heating was fantastic to work with! Our furnace install went very smoothly, with them also helping us correct and solution our pre-existing HVAC issues. After a power surge shorter our equipment a couple months later, their technician Kyle was here within an hour, fixed our AC unit outdoors during the storm, and was very knowledgeable about the equipment and shared a lot of great info with us. Great company all around!

Stay away from this place! They cut corners and use cheap, non-approved parts while doing installation. We've had our 9 year old furnace inspected and tuned up numerous times, yet have had a recurring problem with the inducer filling up with water leading to total loss of heat in sub-zero weather. We recently called another reputable HVAC company who immediately diagnosed the issue. Instead of using the proper drain tube kit that should have come with our furnace, Tom's substituted a cheap vinyl
