We started out very uncertain how to proceed with estate liquidation, and were referred to Susan at TLS. She made it clear and easy and she and her crew were a pleasure to work with. I was a first time estate sale attendee. So being that I have nothing to compare my experience to I thought the people running this sale were very helpful and professional. This sale was extremely busy, so I’m not sure how standing outside could have been avoided. I think we stood outside for about 40 minutes. The weather conditions can not be controlled by the estate personnel. We dressed for the weather so we didn’t mind. Overall, my first experience was very positive.

Went into estate sale and found three items not priced separately. They have pricing sheets on the walls such as in the bedroom with clothing and in the kitchen. Found two kitchen item's and a jacket that was on the pricing sheet. The kitchen items on the sheet were "utensils" and the jacket was on the list as a "sports jacket". So I asked staff to confirm pricing, the two kitchen items they said should have been priced individually. The jacket was talked about with multiple staff about pricing
