We were incredibly impressed with TOA Concrete. We used them for the replacement of the sidewalk along our street that was impacted by tree roots. They were prompt with quotes (which was very competitive) and included a video walk through of the scope of work. They also handled all permitting with the City of Portland and inspections and were communicative, keeping us up to date on the timeline and permitting progress.
