James is an exceptional guy, old school Vet came all the way down from Pinetop to get me inspected. Wish he lived closer to go behind all my contractors. He spent the time walking the entire property, showing and explaining thing to be cognizant of from how best to search for termites, how to evaluate an electrical panel behind a contractor. Truly felt like a crash course in home inspection, couldn't thank James enough.

I’ve used Jim with TNT inspection twice. First house was in Peoria and report was detailed and bad to the point that I walked away from that house. Second house Jim did inspection did look better. Unfortunately no specific points were verbalized so I bought the house. I told Jim I needed an honest inspection because I’m a senior and don’t have the energy to make repairs.
