From th beginning with Scott coming out and explaining in detail what he could do and even helping me with the papers that I needed to submit to my Hoa. Next Darrin Martin and his crew doing tear down and building the deck. They were very professional.He kept me informed about what was happening. Then Jose came to put the stain on. On August 12th 2025 The project manager jorge came out to correct a few deficiencies on the newly built 12x16 Deck built in May 2025. Too much to mention now. The fact is that, it was made worst. Then i contacted john A. part owner to come out to then job site to visually see what was wrong. John did acknowledge that the job was sloppy and instructed jorge to redo and repair correctly some support Beams to include the stairs, wall mounted bolts to the house foundation and a 4x6 support beam.
