I contracted with Tidal Remodeling to replace my roof and take care of severe stucco damage I had on my home. Bergan was my consultant and could not have been more professional, he was extremely knowledgeable of his company and different options that were out there. Showed up multiple times throughout the project to check In. The crews did an excellent job and showed up on time everyday. Looking forward to doing more future work with Bergan and Tidal Remodeling, love my new home!

My experience with Tidal Remodeling was unprofessional and dismissive. The initial appointment to discuss the project and take measurements went smoothly, but the follow‑up appointment was a completely different experience. One representative stayed on his phone, and the other told me they couldn’t provide pricing because my husband wasn’t present — despite me clearly stating that I am the decision‑maker. The roofing team did a great job. The solar panels were removed and carefully stacked, the old double layer roof material removed and cleaned up afterwards, wood replaced where needed, new roof installed quickly, and the solar panels replaced and tested to ensure all worked. Great job by all!
