Throughout the duration of our automatic delivery contract, timely fulfillment was not consistently achieved. Furthermore, our representatives have not consistently responded to phone calls or emails.

Calling for about three weeks now with several phone calls. Still no delivery date. Very poor service.

Switched from another company to Thompson, and have been so much happier with them. Great customer service, easy online bill pay, and I don't have to call to schedule service like I did with the old place. Makes my life easier; would recommend to anyone looking for a propane supplier.
