After reading all the positive reviews of Mr. Sinclaire's work we decided to give him a go. We had an old outdated 1977 thermostat in our house and the light part of our ceiling fan in my kitchen quit working. He had the light fixed and replaced my old thermostat with a new one both to perfection within an hour's time, no mess, very professional and polite. We will be hiring him back for a few fixings of this old house we have. Highly recommended.

Paul was wonderful. He arrived ahead of schedule and was ready to work. I was indecisive about a few things and we talked through them. He helped guide me on a few small things was I was doing like hanging a light on a fence. He also did a few additional things within the timeframe. I’ll definitely be using Paul again.
