Let me preface this review by saying I come from a customer service background in homebuilding and my husband is a GC and owns his own commercial/residential construction company in CO. I have made multiple phone calls for more than a week now to the Shade Store for the repair of a shade that was installed just over a year ago. No response. Very poor quality very poor customer service would not recommend them at all . Their product is not any better than going to Home Depot. Where do you get a better product at a cheaper price and better service better customer relations.
