Just moved on from these guys after my pool had a progressively worse case of mustard algae. The pool tech would come for 5 mins, under-chlorinate the pool, go back to his truck for 10 minutes to fill out treatment slip, and leave. Twice he turned off the pool filter entirely because the tab feeder was leaking. The first time I caught it after a few days of the pool looking terrible and I went and got my own 0-ring.
