We ordered a full pool inspection and met the inspector on-site. During the inspection, he specifically pointed out a severely rotted equipment support post and explained that it needed to be repaired as soon as possible. We also discussed other concerns, including loose coping stones, and obtaining repair estimates to help us during our due diligence period. When we received the inspection report, we were surprised to find that there was no summary section and that all items were categorized
