They did a great job with our dryer vent cleaning! Both the Technician (Quintin) and Owner (Tony) were very friendly and professional. Best price in the area too. We were referred to Mad Hatter by Raleigh HVAC as they don’t perform this service.

Very pleased. The phone operator and both technicians were all very professional. They fixed the problem quickly and affordably. My dryer vent was obstructed and they were able to clean it out from the inside and from the outside, now my dryer works again and says it has good airflow. The only critique I have is that the first technician did not bring equipment to clean the vent from the outside and they had to send another technician a few hours later.
