New girl working there and she has no clue what she is doing. Took 38 min and told me I will have to come back. When to another key shop and had no issues

The gentleman that helped me was on his way to a lock out but still took the time to quickly make some key copies for me! The previous place I went incorrectly copied the keys so I'm very grateful for the gentleman that got me taken care of!

Left my truck for a new key fob came back to pick it up and check engine light is on and it wasn't before guy said it wasn't anything he did. Thought maybe it was just a coincidence went and had codes ran at autozone and its throwing a bunch of codes that says no communication with ecm. My truck was at mechanic last week to get oil changed,tires rotated and it had no issues with ecm and no check engine light. Went back and showed him the print out of codes and he still says its nothing he did.
