We had Hot Water Heater Pros out to take care of a warranty issue (replacing circuit board) on our Rinnai tankless water heater. They got someone out originally really quickly and were very responsive with their services. Had to order the part from Rinnai, unfortunately Rinnai sent the wrong board, oh well but HWHP got the new one sent and installed. Really appreciated the guys that came out for the repairs and the text reminders on the appointments were great! Would definitely recommmend!

Steve and Cole were excellent! I am pleased with my new hot water heater. They had a tight space to work in and although it made me feel bad for them they didn't mind. My old water heater was not up to code either and I had no idea. It is always a good idea to have professionals complete a job, you get what you pay for.

The technician that worked on my tankless water was Steve, and he was amazing. Diagnosed the problem quickly and went above and beyond to get my problem fixed in the most cost effective way possible. These guys will definitely be my first call on any water heater issues I have in the future!

We had a very good experience from quotes to installation. They were very responsive and quick to come take a look at our old water heater and placement and walk us though options. Both Cole and Kevin were honest, kind, and thorough when looking at options for normal vs tankless water heaters and if moving them to the garage was a better option.
