Joe and Chanin are wonderful people with an endless supply of energy for all that they do, lol! Joe is incredibly knowledgeable as a home inspector and mentor. Chanin is the sweetest and always ready to help and answer any questions. She got the VA to do their thing which is always a feat, so just for that reason, she has to have superpowers up her sleeve. They also allowed me to bring my dog when it was a long day to leave him at home. (Chanin and Joe are big softies, lol.) Gus the honorary
