I live in Sun City Georgetown Texas. I have builder grade windows and the "balances" are always coming off or breaking. Today I had 6 windows fixed by Glass and Door Co. on Lakeway Dr., Georgetown, TX. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner and the owner Randy was very kind and professional. The best part is that it is a Georgetown small business. That is a top priority for businesses I choose.
