The Flame Company was very easy with which to work. The young man was so good! He installed the fireplace insert so efficiently. He also took the time to explain the features of th insert. In addition to that, he was professional, personable, and courteous.

Smh! Called and scheduled a service appointment for today. Took off work, got a confirmation text last evening, only to wake up this morning to appointment cancelation due to some non sense! Took off from work today as well!!! The reason was for some pictures in 2024....Really, Either you service Grills or you don't!!! This was not professional or fair at all
