Didn't like some things prices weren't marked

EDITED: After this review, they came and replaced the hinge for free. We like the closets, just the repair was a nightmare. ORIGINAL: We purchased a very expensive custom closet from this company about a year and a half ago. One small hinge broke- it happens, no big deal. What is a big deal is that it’s taken over two weeks and about 15 emails just to get a price and replacement for this one tiny hinge. Nydia was amazing. She helped me track down a few backordered pieces and got everything ready fast for pickup. Totally saved my Container Store installation and the whole experience. Super helpful, on it, and genuinely great energy. Excellent manager; people like her are hard to find, so hold onto her.
